An anti-drug operation in the Plaisance area of Rose-Hill ended in an arrest on Saturday 17 October after officers from the Anti-Drug and Smuggling Unit (ADSU) raided a residential property and uncovered a cache of controlled substances.
The search, carried out at around 9:30 in the morning, targeted the home of an 18-year-old carpenter. Officers seized 100 capsules of psychotropic drugs during the operation.
The young man was taken into police custody following the raid. Investigations are ongoing.
