Mauritius M4 Motorway: India Funds Rs 10bn Road

Mauritius is set to receive a major infrastructure boost with the announcement of a special loan of USD 680 million from the Indian government to finance the long-awaited M4 motorway project, valued at approximately Rs 10 billion.
